Truly enjoyed its very attentive staff.

It was fairly clean inside. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the view of mountain. The location was perfect, close to bus station, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, it was short walk to the nice restaurants along side Thapae gate, the mountain and nearby restaurants / cafes.

Comfortable room for a family trip 💕 Stayed for 2 nights. the queen room was great, spacious and had a nice balcony. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stay!

Location: the hotel was short walk to the bars, Chiang Mai, and the night bazaar and restaurants. Got the same well decorated standard double room with private bathroom booked online, liked that. In general the service was great!

This place is situated in a central area near shops, tourist attractions, and close to the night markets.

The staff at the guesthouse were very helpful and booked us numerous trips and gave very good advice.

I liked everything about the place. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was good within easy walking distance to the old city and the weekend market. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The balcony was a bonus despite not using it very much. I will return to the Bed and Terrace next time I come to Chiang Mai!

I had to pay with cash, as there was no credit card facility. Given the low cost of the room this is really a minor point, just make sure you have the few extra thb before you check out.

The hotel is located near the city center, night bazaar, and nice restaurants along Thapae gate. the room was spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the location is fantastic, always on top of everything, and the view from the room is excellent.

It was central yet out of the way. Only 5 minutes to the old city, given you are across the street from Moon Muang road. If you like waking up to children's laughter, there is a school just outside your window. Nice place, friendly staff, free instant coffee with powdered cream included.
